Board of Directors (TERM)

Chawathil First Nation (“CFN” or the “Nation”) is in the process of re-organizing the structure and leadership of its economic development entities, and has taken initial steps to operationalize a tiered Limited Partnership (LP) structure. The new structure requires a strong Board of Directors to lead economic development ventures in alignment with CFN’s governance objectives and commitment to its members and community. We are currently looking for individuals to serve as Directors. This commitment will require approximately 8 – 10 meetings per year for a two-to-four-year term.

Directors will be paid an honorarium and reimbursed for travel expenses in support of Board meetings.
