Marc Normand, CPA, CA – CPA Auditor, CA (Quebec), is a Partner with MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services group in Ottawa. A trusted business advisor, Marc delivers practical, customized solutions to help his clients achieve their business goals. 

Fluent in both English and French, Marc works primarily with clients in technology (particularly software and SaaS), manufacturing and logistics, as well as real estate and construction. He provides complex accounting advisory services and a range of assurance services, such as financial statement audits and reviews, to Canadian and U.S. companies, both private and public reporting under IFRS, US GAAP or ASPE. He also provides initial public offering (IPO) readiness services for Canadian and U.S. companies and internal control over financial reporting advisory services.

After earning an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Bishop’s University in 1993 and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University in 1994, Marc worked at one of the Big Four firms for 25 years. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA), and a Licensed Public Accountant in Ontario-and a CPA Auditor, CA in Quebec. Marc also holds a US CPA designation from the state of Illinois.
