Based in Centre-Du-Québec region, C.E.T. Fire Pumps ("C.E.T.") has been designing and manufacturing portable fire pumps and foam systems for more than 100 years. The company is one of North America's leading manufacturers of firefighting equipment. Their offerings include 40 models of portable and fixed fire pumps, foam systems, and light firefighting vehicles. Today, the company exports its equipment to more than 40 countries worldwide.
Founded in 1985 in Le Havre, Leader Group is globally recognized as a key player in the design and manufacture of high-tech firefighting and rescue products, aimed at protecting and saving lives as well as property. Strongly established internationally, the Group has four industrial sites in France, the U.S., and Austria, and three commercial subsidiaries located in Germany, the U.S., and China.
This transaction allowed the shareholders of C.E.T. to transition ownership of their business while ensuring its continued growth and success through Leader Group leadership.
