IFH offers a broad range of fitness service offerings including an industry leading personal training program, an extensive offering of group fitness classes, an online virtual fitness video streaming platform, and established boutique offerings including spin studios and CrossFit studios.
Ayrfit West Inc. is a newly formed entity established to acquire the assets of IFH.
