Amir Group of Companies ("Amir") is a meat processing and distribution company headquartered in Brampton, Ontario. It is one of Canada's largest, and most trusted, independent processors and distributors of zabiha halal meats. Amir has been serving the market for over 25 years.

Sierra Custom Foods Ltd. ("Sierra") is a meat processing business founded in 2009 and located in Brampton, Ontario. It provides value-add protein processing solutions for food service providers, retailers, and co-manufacturers.

The acquisition of Sierra complements Amir's existing processing operations and provides additional processing volume.
