Making Sense of Change

Organizations need to implement changes that affect every aspect of their operations if they want to remain competitive in an evolving world. The collective impact of individual, policy, process, and strategy change results in successful organizational change. But how do you manage the change process?

The Making Sense of Change course is an insightful program that prepares you to manage change actively and effectively within your organization. During the 38-hour program, you’ll learn why people are crucial to change and what you can do to prepare and support them through the process.

Who should apply?

All interested organizations or businesses are welcome to apply. Special arrangements can be made for organizations who want to train groups of six or more employees.

Learning method

We offer the program through a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, starting with a two-day, in-person introduction to change management, followed by six weeks of weekly webinars and applied learning. The course wraps up with a final in-person session and the certification of participants who successfully complete the course.

Learning modules include lectures, group discussions, and case studies.
