The Making Sense of Change course is an insightful program that prepares you to manage change actively and effectively within your organization. During the 38-hour program, you’ll learn why people are crucial to change and what you can do to prepare and support them through the process.
Who should apply?
All interested organizations or businesses are welcome to apply. Special arrangements can be made for organizations who want to train groups of six or more employees.
You will also learn to:

Identify an organization’s change management needs

Prepare a change management plan and apply theories of change

Assess the impact of, and an organization’s readiness for, change

Diagnose resistance to change and strategies for resistance management

Explore methods to identify current culture and strategies for shifting attitudes, behaviours, and organizational norms

Conduct leadership assessments and identify change leadership training/coaching needs

Assess the success of change management and adapt plans accordingly
Learning method
We offer the program through a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, starting with a two-day, in-person introduction to change management, followed by six weeks of weekly webinars and applied learning. The course wraps up with a final in-person session and the certification of participants who successfully complete the course.
Learning modules include lectures, group discussions, and case studies.
