Custom Fabrication & Manufacturing Manager

On behalf of our client, BARR Plastics, we are searching for a Custom Fabrication & Manufacturing Manager to join their team. BARR Plastics is a family-run firm, located in Abbotsford, BC. BARR Plastics is known throughout North America as a prominent, innovative provider and custom fabricator of plastic tanks and liquid handling systems for various applications. Their focus is mainly on environment-enhancing applications related to the best handling of water, wastewater, rainwater, food, and chemical solutions. BARR focuses on maintaining and growing a viable and profitable enterprise with product and service divisions in high and enduring demand.

Reporting to the General Manager and President, the Custom Fabrication & Manufacturing Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, high product quality, and efficient use of resources within a Custom Fabrication and Manufacturing environment. Leadership, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of efficient production & work processes are essential for success in this role.
