Chief Operating Officer

Reporting to the Pitblado LLP Board, the Chief Operating Officer will be the operations leader of the Firm. They will be responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative and operational functions of the Firm to support Pitblado LLP's overall business, all under the direction of the Board. The COO will oversee and direct the internal staff and operations of the Firm, including financial and administrative management, human resources, IT, facilities management and administrative policies and procedures. The COO will support and champion the strategic direction as set by the Board. As a people-centered leader, the COO will influence decisions that challenge the status quo to promote business growth and positive development in the Firm
