A non-profit was struggling to recruit and retain skilled finance staff — and was working with an outdated software system that made real-time collaboration difficult. When new ministerial reporting structures and portals were announced, they knew it was time to move to a cloud-based solution to meet the new requirements.
Solution
Our team kicked things off with a full software and process review — recommending QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced as the best solution to meet the client’s requirements. We stacked additional applications with QBO to streamline processes and support their reporting needs. Additionally, our team provided bookkeeping training to their in-house team to ensure their continued success.
Results
Implementing ease enabled our client to improve real-time reporting for their operational needs, as well as provide monthly and quarterly reporting to their Board of Directors. Our team worked with the client to satisfy government reporting requirements, as well as streamline and improve the preparations for the external audit, through custom reports built into QBO. Our ease team continues to provide advisory support for the client to help them achieve their goals.
