Tom Katsafanas, CPA, is a Partner and Business Advisor with the Assurance Services group in MNP’s Montréal office. Working closely with his clients, Tom delivers assurance and tax services and tailored solutions to the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

With more than 15 years of experience, Tom provides a broad range of core assurance services and has had many forecasts, cash flows and special purpose assurance engagements. He helps business leaders with personal and corporate tax consulting and planning as well as corporate reorganization, always focusing first on understanding the challenges, opportunities and risks his clients face.

Tom has helped companies in the manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, retail, transportation, health, legal and entertainment sectors. Adept at explaining complex accounting and tax rules and their impacts on businesses, he provides total support and the information clients rely on to make strong business decisions.

Tom qualified as a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in 1999 after receiving a Bachelor in Accountancy from Concordia University. He is a board member and treasurer of the Marianopolis College Foundation. As a Regional Managing Partner at the firm, Tom provides strategic direction for the region and leads the team of professionals providing services to clients.
