With more than 30 years of professional experience, Sylvie Bacon is a Senior Manager, Human Resources Consulting Services, at MNP’s  Montréal office.

This experienced manager, who has held various managerial positions in national and international companies over the course of her career, has developed a broad range of human resources expertise.

In her client projects, Sylvie ensured the successful achievement of engagements focused, among other things, on strategic management (e.g., translating the organization’s vision and strategic directions into concrete action), leadership (e.g., managing teams of several dozen permanent and contract employees, multidisciplinary and multi-site), organizational development (e.g., studies, diagnostics, team consolidation), recruitment, and career transition.

Keen to contribute to the sustainability of Québec businesses, she has worked extensively in recent years with executives to facilitate their business succession projects.

An agent of change with proven relationship and political skills, Sylvie is known for her organizational skills, her humane and results-based management style, and her commitment to optimizing digital processes (e.g., developing dashboards and tracking mechanisms). She also has the proven ability to mobilize teams to achieve desired results, as well as to coach managers and employees to excel. Always conscious of giving back to the community, Sylvie served as chair of the Board of directors of the Centre Rosalie-Jetté before joining the Board of directors of the Centres Jeunesse de Montréal.
