Sherry is a member of MNP’s Tax Services team in Toronto. Sherry takes a personalized, practical approach, helping private companies and their shareholders solve their complex tax issues.

Sherry delivers tailored tax advisory services to clients in the areas of corporate reorganizations, tax restructuring, refinancing arrangements, tax due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning with a focus on maximizing shareholders’ wealth.

Sherry earned a Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) from the University of Waterloo in 2013. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program in 2019.
