Senior Manager, Consulting - Human Resources

Sheri is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Vancouver. Sheri brings more than two decades of human resources experience to her role as a consultant, with diverse and comprehensive knowledge to support the organizations she works with.

Sheri is well-versed in all areas of human resources, from the day-to-day handling of human resources operations to strategic partnerships. She combines her knowledge with her strengths in relationship building and project management to develop and implement business- and culture-aligned human resources infrastructure.  With a strong commitment to supporting and building people-first, culturally aware workplaces, she works with leaders and their teams to develop, implement, and maintain their human resources infrastructure. Adept at aligning HR practices with organizational goals and diverse communities of people, her key strengths lie in developing reciprocal expectation setting practices; developing and supporting justice = equity + diversity + inclusion (JEDI) practices; building development-focused and equitable performance systems; and coaching managers in supporting their team’s success.

Sheri works closely with a variety of clients, including not-for-profit organizations, First Nations, and communities and Indigenous-led organizations to provide comprehensive, equitable, and inclusive human resources services.

Sheri earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) in psychology from Simon Fraser University in 1997.
