Sheri is a Senior Vice-President and practice leader with MNP’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Services team in Montréal. With more than three decades of experience in corporate bankruptcy and insolvency, Sheri helps businesses facing financial turmoil, providing strong advice and tailored solutions that fit their unique situation.

Sheri ensures that clients understand the options available to them so they can make informed decisions. She is adept at guiding clients through each stage of the corporate bankruptcy and proposal restructuring process. She also consults with stakeholders, including financial institutions and private equity firms, when they are dealing with clients in financial difficulty.

Bilingual in English and French, Sheri earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from Concordia University. She received the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation in 1997, was licensed as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) in 1998, and was designated a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in 2004. She is a member of the board of the Québec Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (QAIRP), a member of the Annual Review of Insolvency Law (ARIL) Editorial Advisory Board, a member of CAIRP’s Qualification Program Exam Oversight Committee, and a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). She has presented to both CAIRP and the Canadian Bar Association on insolvency-related matters.
