Ryan Devereux, CPA, CA, MBA, is a Business Advisor and Partner with MNP’s Tax group. Working out of the London office, Ryan delivers clear, concise tax and consulting guidance to owner-managed businesses, with a particular focus on dentistry, real estate and agriculture.

A trusted advisor, Ryan develops strong relationships with his clients to understand their business and minimize their tax burden. He is highly accessible to his clients year-round and provides sound, proactive advice and practical solutions to help them succeed.

Ryan is committed to understanding the complexities of tax as it applies to each of his owner-managed businesses. His services include designing and implementing tax minimization strategies, compliance, and helping clients with business acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, restructuring and estate planning. Ryan also connects clients to the firm’s broad-based expertise when it is in their interests to do so.

Ryan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA). He also holds a Honour Bachelor of Business (HBBA) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He has completed CPA Canada’s In-depth Tax courses and he has also taught the In-depth Tax program.
