Rossana is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Winnipeg. Rossana is a seasoned change and transformation leader with more than two decades of experience leading strategic and transformational initiatives in large public and private sector organizations. She is a strategic thinker and problem solver who builds strong business relationships to achieve positive outcomes, helping her clients achieve their strategic goals.

With deep experience in change management, organizational development, organization design, and the design and execution of strategic talent programs, Rossana works with boards, executive and senior management teams, and project steering committees. She helps clients in a broad range of industries, with a focus on Crown corporations and public sector clients (insurance, liquor, gaming, education, health, environment, regulatory authorities, and professional associations).

Rossana earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in sociology from the University of Winnipeg, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1998. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Chartered Professional in Human Resource Professional (CPHR), a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC), and is certified in Prosci Change Management.
