Richard Lund, PMP, CSM, is a Partner with MNP’s Digital Services team in Ottawa. Drawing on more than 25 years of technology and consulting experience, Richard helps clients successfully plan, implement, and manage technology implementations and transformation.

Richard’s area of expertise is in technology strategy and implementation. His work has included technology evaluations, options assessments, product selections, solution architecture, program/project management, and delivery management.

Richard has in-depth knowledge of software implementation in general as well as deep experience with several enterprise products and technology stacks, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, Microsoft Power Platform, SAP CRM, and the Microsoft.NET development platform. He has delivered projects using local, offshore, and mixed delivery teams.

With deep knowledge and experience in technology implementation, Richard develops practical solutions and delivers results for his clients. His cross-industry expertise includes public sector, financial services, and insurance.

After receiving a post-graduate Certificate in Technology Management in 2010, Richard earned Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2013. In 2019, he received Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
