Rania is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Mississauga. Rania helps Canadian private enterprise clients navigate complex business challenges through personalized service and collaborative decision-making. She builds business relationships based on trust and understanding, provides targeted recommendations for improvement by streamlining the audit process, and delivers valuable insights. Her goal is to deliver exceptional results and contribute to her clients’ long-term success.

With more than a decade of experience, Rania provides audit, review, and compliance services to a wide range of clients of all sizes, including owner-managed businesses, large private equity owned groups and not-for-profit organizations. She helps businesses in a diverse range of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, construction, consumer markets, that report under the Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations.

Rania earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting from Brock University in 2006. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2010.
