Randi is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Medicine Hat. With more than a decade of experience, Randi works closely with owner-managed businesses. She has been mentored by entrepreneurs throughout her life and has learned from them the importance of grit and perseverance during challenging times.

Randi supports her clients across all stages of their business, helping them achieve their financial goals through strategic tax planning and a strong vision for innovation and growth. She also helps owners and their families transition their business to the next generation or to an external sale.

Randi works with clients in the agriculture, construction, oil and gas services, and not-for-profit sectors. Her services include financial accounting, estate and tax planning, financial analysis, operations management, and auditing.

Randi earned a Bachelor of Management (BMgmt) from the University of Lethbridge in 2003. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2007 and completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) In-Depth Tax Program Levels 1 and 2 in 2012. She obtained her LEADer as Coach Certificate from the Association for Coaching in 2022.
