Paul Witherow, PMP, MBA, is a Partner and leads MNP Digital’s Customer Platforms COE, which includes our Digital Experience, CRM, and Low Code Application Development solution teams.

Drawing on more than 30 years of management, strategic advisory and systems integration experience, Paul leads strategic change initiatives and technology-enabled transformation, largely in the public sector. As such, he works closely with clients to create digital government experiences that engage citizens, streamline and automate case management processes, enable data-driven decision-making and ultimately make public services more efficient and effective.

Before joining MNP, Paul co-founded and was managing principal of a privately-held PROFIT 500 company and was a director at a Big Four firm. Paul earned a BA from the Royal Military College of Canada and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, a Prince2 Registered Professional and Certified Scrum Master.
