Paul is a member of MNP’s Valuations and Litigation Support Services team in Toronto. Paul assists clients with corporate valuations, including valuations for income tax, disputes, planning and regulatory purposes, delivering tailored solutions for their best interests.

Paul brings more than 25 years of experience providing valuation and litigation support services to his role including close to 20 years at the partner level. He helps clients in a wide variety of sectors, including business and professional services, consumer products, manufacturing, not-for-profit, real estate, agriculture, oil and gas, mining, digital media, advertising, software and digital technology, and infrastructure. His services include valuations, shareholder disputes, matrimonial valuation and accounting, commercial damages, Paul has frequently been accredited as an expert witness in court. He recently presented at national business valuation conferences on such topics as brand valuation and the valuation of capital-intensive businesses. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in 1990 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance and accounting in 1993. He is a Chartered Processional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1997, a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV, 1998), and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF, 2014). Paul sits on the board of the Professional Engineers of Ontario as the only non-engineer and on several charity boards in an accounting and finance capacity.
