Senior Manager, Recovery & Restructuring

Patrick is a member of MNP’s Corporate Recovery and Restructuring team in Montréal. Bringing more than 30 years of professional experience to his role, Patrick helps debtors, lawyers, bankers, and creditors, among others, focused on the real estate, construction, and retail industries.

For each engagement, Patrick calls upon the most relevant professional resources, proposing efficient solutions tailored to the situation, and strictly following budgets and timelines. He is known for always providing services that meet the profession’s highest standards.

With in-depth knowledge of the law, Patrick’s goal is to support a company’s restructuring efforts within the framework set out in the relevant legislation, including for engagements where the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, and other related laws come into play. He suggests solutions that allow companies to continue doing business. If this proves impossible, Patrick will carefully liquidate the company’s assets in an orderly fashion, to the benefit of its creditors.

Bilingual in French and English, Patrick earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
