Negar is a Partner with MNP’s Digital Services team in Toronto and leads the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security group for the firm’s Digital Solutions Practice. Negar is an accomplished technology leader, with strong technical skills, keen business sense, and the ability to build and grow a business.

A leading cybersecurity expert in the Microsoft ecosystem, Negar delivers the technology that powers organizations and secures their operations. She works closely with her clients to ensure they meet their information security obligations and helps them improve their employee experience.

Prior to joining MNP, Negar worked at a leading Microsoft Systems Integrator and at national organizations in senior technical leadership and architecture roles.

Negar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in computer hardware as well as many Microsoft and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. She has served as a board member for Pink Triangle Press since 2015, advising on technology and security; and is an advisory board member for SecTor, Canada’s annual cybersecurity conference. Negar is a diversity advocate and has been leading LGBTQ+ Employee Networks and is a panelist for other employee networks.

In 2022, Negar was named one of Canada's Top Women in Cybersecurity.
