Natalie Brykman, CPA, CA, is a Partner in MNP’s Public Companies practice in Toronto. Natalie brings more than a decade of experience to her role providing audit and accounting advisory services to large- and medium-sized public companies in a wide range of industries, including industrial parts and services, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, retail and hospitality.

Natalie’s extensive experience in dealing with complex accounting under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) provides clients with superior service. Natalie proactively meets with her clients to discuss the impact any changes in accounting standards may have on their business operations and financial results, enabling them to adjust their strategies. She also provides specialized skills in financial statement audits, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions transactions, purchase price allocations and financial instruments.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and went on to obtain her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2008. Natalie is active in the community, serving as a board member on several not-for-profit organizations.
