Milan is a Business Advisor with MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Ottawa. With a decade of experience, Milan is a leader who works one-on-one with his clients in a variety of industries, including real estate and construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and the public and not-for-profit sectors. He is focused on helping his clients overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.

Over the years, Milan has successfully supported organizations through significant milestones, including implementing new accounting standards, managing complex audits, advising on initial public offering readiness, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. He brings an innovative approach to solving complex financial challenges to his role.

Milan has significant experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), IFRS conversions and listings for both debt and share capital raises, and regulatory compliance and reporting.

Prior to joining MNP, he was a director at a Big 4 firm.

Milan graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in life sciences in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in economics in 2014. He earned a Master of Accounting (MAcc) from the Schulich School of Business, York University in 2015.

Milan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2018.
