Mike Bondy, CPA, CA, CFP, TEP, is a Senior Partner and Business Advisor with MNP in London. Mike draws on more than 40 years of experience to help owner-managed businesses, farms and professionals across Ontario grow and transition their organizations.

Mike’s services include personal and corporate tax planning and financial, estate and strategic planning. He also specializes in succession, business acquisition and divestiture and health professional advisory services.

Mike consults extensively for healthcare professionals in academic settings throughout Ontario. His clients include many physicians with clinical academic appointments to the University of Western Ontario, University of Toronto and other academic centres. Mike has provided advisory services to numerous physician groups to help them structure and restructure their partnerships, practice plans and professional corporations.

Mike has presented numerous seminars to STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and the public on Estate, Tax and Succession planning, and worked extensively with clients across Ontario on their succession initiatives. He has appeared on BNN Business News Network as a commentator on recreational property succession, and on RBC TV for Succession Presentations.

He has also presented numerous seminars to Health Care Professionals, including his popular End Game Seminar to those planning for retirement, and recently Trudeaumania and Trump Dynasty on the financial and tax impact of the leadership changes in Canada and the U.S.

Mike is also the founding Chair of the London and Southwestern Ontario Chapter of STEP Canada, A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Mike holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designations.
