Michael is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Montréal. With more than four decades of experience, Michael is hands-on helping his clients solve their business issues and challenges, guiding them to profitability and enhanced success through creative structure and solutions.

Michael helps businesses in a wide variety of industries, including distribution, manufacturing, recycling, automotive, real estate, wholesale, entertainment, and pharmaceutical. His services include audit, Canadian and U.S. tax, corporate reorganizations, mergers, and consulting.

Michael graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in 1977. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1979.
