Melani has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), qualifying in 2002. Melani completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax Course in 2003.
