Manon Laporte is part of the ESG team at MNP’s Sherbrooke office.

Before joining the firm, she was president and CEO of Enviro-access, a non-profit organization that has been supporting environmental innovation and best practices in Quebec and Canada since 1993.

Manon holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a master’s degree in business administration from Université de Sherbrooke. She is a trailblazer in the fight against climate change, working to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions since 2005.

She has contributed to dozens of technologies enabling environmental and sustainability solutions, and has helped a good number of cities, municipalities, regional county municipalities, businesses and institutions to assess their GHG emissions and devise a reduction plan. Furthermore, she has been called upon to oversee the validation and verification of hundreds of GHG statements for various organizations and projects.
