Lisa is a member of MNP’s Digital Services group in Ottawa and leads MNP's Digital Experience team. With more than two decades of technology experience, Lisa brings clients a holistic perspective to digital transformation, blending her strengths in corporate strategy and digital marketing with her passion for technology.

Lisa leads clients through digital transformation initiatives, helping them explore opportunities, find operational efficiencies, and develop new services and products. She also helps clients simplify the complexities of the changing technology landscape to identify innovative solutions supporting the achievement of their organization’s goals, and addressing stakeholders’ needs and expectations. 

Lisa brings extensive experience in digital marketing strategy, user experience design, customer experience strategy, management consulting, advanced analytics, and Agile project management to her role. She has led numerous large-scale, complex technology integrations, implementing digital experience platforms, advanced analytics solutions, collaboration environments, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. 

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1999 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Carleton University in 2010. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), certified in Prosci Change Management and with the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
