Lee Ann is a member of MNP’s Advisory Services team in Red Deer. Lee Ann serves a wide range of clients across Canada and in Central Alberta, including public and private sector and not-for-profit organizations, as well as post-secondary institutions. She helps her clients find new ways to discover value in their business — either through higher customer engagement or a more efficiently designed employee experience, or by recommending more strategic partnerships. She takes pride in helping people and organizations thrive.

Lee Ann is a highly empathetic listener with a research-based approach to informing strategy development.  She challenges assumptions and looks critically at what an organization’s stakeholders (clients, employees, or the public) need, before offering solutions.

Her services include marketing strategy, partnerships, strategic communications, customer engagement and experience, employee engagement and experience, and change management. Lee Ann helps municipal, provincial, and federal governments; major sport and cultural events; charitable foundations  as well as private enterprises in energy and utilities, real estate and construction and professionals.

Prior to joining MNP, Lee Ann taught operations management at Royal Roads University as an associate faculty member, and served as the Director, Marketing and Revenue for the 2019 Canada Winter Games.

Lee Ann earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2016. She is highly involved in her community and supports several organizations, including as the Vice-Chair for Dress For Success Central Alberta and as Committee Chair of the United Way Central Alberta Whisky Classic.
