Kevin is a member of MNP’s Private Enterprise team in Mississauga. A strong strategic and critical thinker, Kevin delivers a comprehensive suite of tailored assurance, advisory, and tax solutions to help his clients structure their business, grow and excel. He brings more than a decade of experience in industry and public accounting to his role.

Kevin helps private and public companies in the construction, commercial real estate, waste management, retail and consumer industries. He has extensive experience managing the financial reporting of multiple entities, and supports key accounting policies, estimates and judgements. Kevin prepares and manages strategic investment analysis, including proforma modeling and sensitivity analysis for stakeholders, and provides transaction and acquisition support, and internal control improvements. He helps implement corporate and personal tax strategies across an organization, including shareholder restructuring, business succession, and personal tax strategies for key stakeholders.

Prior to joining MNP, Kevin worked in the civil construction industry as a controller and chief financial officer, and at a Big Four firm providing assurance services to Canadian private companies.

Kevin earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Guelph in 2010. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2013.
