Kelly Bozarth, CPA, CA, is a Partner in MNP’s Assurance Services group. Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience delivering assurance, tax and consulting services to owner-managed operations in the forestry, oilfield, construction and retail sectors helping them address challenges, embrace opportunities, and stay competitive and profitable.

Whether he is preparing financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, helping new companies get off the ground or advising on a wide variety of business-related issues, Kelly ensures clients understand difficult concepts and have the information they need to make strong business decisions. His clients include small, mid-size and large businesses.

Based in the community of Peace River in northern Alberta, Kelly recognizes that his clients’ time is valuable and is always willing to meet on their sites. This gives him the chance to develop an unparalleled level of knowledge about their operations, allowing him to tailor advice and solutions to more effectively meet their goals.

Kelly was designated a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1994 after earning a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.
