Karen is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Vancouver. She is an accomplished executive-level human resources leader with more than 25 years of expertise in aligning human resources strategy with business goals and achieving impactful results.

With extensive human resources experience spanning both Canada and the U.S., Karen is driven by a passion for developing and empowering people. She fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation while consistently delivering significant value to organizations and their stakeholders.

Karen's key strengths lie in organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and change management. Her track record includes implementing innovative programs and policies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in supporting organizational initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, collective bargaining, and the implementation of Human Resource Information systems.

Karen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Royal Roads University in 2010 and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2002. She is a Canadian Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) B.C. and Yukon, Human Resource Management Association Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Society of Human Resource Management Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®).
