Jovette is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Ottawa. Jovette brings more than two decades of project management experience, as well as experience in strategic planning, governance, credit union mergers, finance, and human resources management, to her role. Her motivational management style has led to building and retaining highly motivated teams while achieving organizational and project goals. 

As a consultant, analyst, and strategist, Jovette has exceptional leadership skills, political savvy, and a strong ability to plan and develop business strategies that lead to positive, concrete actions.

Jovette provides senior strategic management consulting services in capital projects, and feasibility and business planning for financial institutions, specifically for credit union clients. She provides direction to her clients to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction and capture cost reductions.

Jovette has accompanied and supported boards by providing governance training and policy implementation for a wide range of organizations, from those that are newly formed to those that are more established and seeking a renewed strategic vision.

Jovette has extensive experience in the credit union as well as the public and private sectors. Her banking experience comes from having worked at a well-established credit union and through her years as a consultant for credit union clients across Canada. 

Jovette earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from Laurentian University in 1994. Fluently bilingual in French and English, she is a certified Green Belt with Lean Six Sigma from McMaster University.
