Joshua is a Business Advisor with MNP in Markham. Josh specializes in tax structuring for private companies, individuals, estates and trusts, providing practical solutions to help his clients meet their business objectives.

Josh has extensive experience in divestiture planning, providing custom plans to optimize shareholder distributions. He has advised on a number of large transactions. Josh provides a full suite of tax services, which includes preparation and / or review of the tax compliance associated with transactions. He consults frequently with his clients to ensure their business structure is optimized for tax-efficient succession, estate and post-mortem events.

Prior to joining MNP, Josh was a Senior Tax Manager at a Big Four firm.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (BAS) in accounting from York University in 2013. Josh is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA). He completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program and was a volunteer tax preparer with CPA Ontario’s Tax Preparation Assistance program for eight years.
