Josh is a member of MNP’s Forensics and Litigation Support group in Toronto. With more than two decades of experience in forensic accounting investigations, quantification of economic damages, business valuation and audits, Josh is a results-driven professional who delivers practical solutions helping his clients navigate complex financial issues.

Josh brings extensive knowledge and experience in fact-finding engagements, gathering evidence and conducting interviews to his role. He manages assignments for fraud investigations, including fraudulent accounting, misappropriation of assets and other forensic accounting and investigation services in government, commercial, estate and matrimonial litigation matters. His experience also includes quantification of damages and business valuations.

His cross-industry expertise includes the public sector, manufacturing, retail, real estate; financial, transportation and professional services; waste management and energy.

Josh has given expert testimony in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and at private arbitration hearings. He also participates in mediations and settlement negotiations.

Josh earned an Honors Bachelor of Science (HBSc) from the University of Toronto in 1996. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2003. Josh is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
