Joseph (Joe) Fregeau, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Business Advisor with MNP’s Assurance Services group in Kenora. Joe works primarily with Indigenous communities and not-for-profit organizations across north-western Ontario and helps owner-managers grow their operations into successful, profitable businesses.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience, Joe delivers a full range of assurance services, including audits, reviews and notices to readers. He also advises on tax issues and prepares corporate and personal taxes. When conducting annual audits, Joe ensures they are efficient and effective while also advising clients on how to improve systems so they receive better, more timely financial information to best manage their organizations.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree at the University of Manitoba in 1988 and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) designations, qualifying in 1991. Committed to his community, he is a member of the Audit Committee for the Kenora Catholic District School Board, a past board member and president of the Kenora Golf and Country Club and past chair of the Finance Committee for Lake of the Woods District Hospital.
