John is a member of MNP’s Digital Services team in Edmonton. A pioneer in managed services in Canada, John has always seen his work as an important partnership with clients built on trust. 

John works to understand his clients’ current and future business needs and recommends solutions and support in alignment with those needs.

He has been an influential member of the community-based peer networking and mentoring group, TechSelect. In his natural role as an advocate for the IT channel and customers, John worked with the group and their vendor partners to help shape programs and market direction, with the goal of ensuring that customers enjoy optimal programs, services and support to meet their evolving needs.

John uses his customer-oriented background and passion for partnering to accelerate the growth and adoption of new technologies through sharing of best practices.

John is active in his local community and has developed a cloud offering, with sponsorship from hardware and software manufacturers, to ensure charitable organizations have the enterprise-class IT environment they require to carry out their work.
