Joanna is a member of MNP’s Tax Services team in Markham. Joanna helps her clients achieve their short- and long-term business goals by providing practical tax solutions and tax planning strategies.

Joanna works closely with privately-owned Canadian companies, business owners and their families. She serves clients in a variety of industries, including real estate and construction, property management, investment holding, private equity, and professional services. She specializes in the taxation of partnerships and privately-owned Canadian companies, estate planning, corporate restructuring, and resolving tax disputes with Canada Revenue Agency.

Joanna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting with Distinction from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2014. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2016 and completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program in 2020.
