Partner, Indigenous Services

Jenn is a Partner and the Financial Services Director with MNP’s Indigenous Services group. Jenn oversees cloud accounting and financial management solutions for Indigenous communities and organizations across Canada. She helps her clients achieve their financial goals, while supporting strong internal controls and capacity development.

Jenn brings more than 15 years of experience in program management and financial administration with Indigenous communities to her role. She understands the complexities of integrating systems and internal processes across departments, develops solutions to help strengthen these areas, and provides reporting to community members and external funders. 

Prior to joining MNP, Jenn was chief financial officer for a First Nation in B.C. She has also worked with researchers and Indigenous communities from Ghana, Tanzania, and Canada, exploring the impact of national parks on Indigenous communities.

Jenn graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in political science in 2007 and from Vancouver Island University with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2009. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2014. She is a Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager (CAFM) (2016) and holds a CFO as Navigator certificate (2019) from CPA BC and an Organizational Leadership certificate (2023) from Harvard Business School Online.
