What initially attracted you to the world of executive search and professional recruitment?
The dynamic nature of executive search drew me in. I’m passionate about solving complex challenges and aligning talented individuals with opportunities where they can make a difference. The ability to influence organizational success while supporting personal career growth has always inspired me.
What’s the most rewarding part of helping clients build their leadership teams?
Seeing the transformation that a well-placed leader can bring to an organization is incredibly fulfilling. Whether it’s driving innovation, enhancing culture, or achieving ambitious goals, knowing that we’ve helped create a lasting positive impact is the ultimate reward.
Outside of work, what hobbies or activities help you recharge?
Outside of work, playing and watching basketball are two of my favorite ways to recharge. Playing keeps me active and allows me to enjoy the competitive and collaborative aspects of the game, while watching basketball is a great way to relax and connect with friends who share the same passion. I also love cooking—it’s a creative outlet that helps me unwind. Traveling is another activity I value. Exploring new destinations, experiencing different cultures, and meeting people from diverse backgrounds is a passion of mine.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to companies looking to strengthen their talent acquisition strategies?
Prioritize understanding your organizational culture and strategic goals.
