Eddie is a member of MNP’s Tax Services team in Markham (Toronto North). Eddie provides tax consulting services tailored to the unique needs of small business owners, ensuring they receive the same thoughtful, high- quality advice as large corporations. His approach involves a deep understanding of his clients’ challenges, enabling them to focus on growing their ventures confidently, knowing their tax matters are in capable hands.

With a decade of experience, Eddie provides tax advisory services to Canadian private corporations, professional corporations, high net-worth individuals, and trusts. His services include tax planning for business sales or acquisitions, tax-motivated corporate reorganizations, Canada Revenue Agency appeals, succession planning, and tax advice for insolvent corporations.

Eddie earned a Master of Management and Professional Accounting (MMPA) from the University of Toronto in 2015. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2018 and completed CPA Canada’s CPA In-Depth Tax Course in 2019.

Eddie is bilingual in English and Mandarin (Chinese).
