Derek’s services include Notice to Reader and review engagements, preparing financial statements and corporate and personal tax returns, income tax planning, assisting with agricultural government programs, including AgriStability, and advising on the tax implications of incorporating or restructuring business entities. He develops custom solutions to help clients minimize taxes and ensures that they have relevant, reliable financial information.
