Dennis is a Partner at MNP, bringing over 25 years of experience in public practice to our Walkerton office.

As a client service partner, Dennis helps clients manage tax planning, risk management, valuing inventory and grain contracts, contract analysis, cost analysis, corporate structuring, succession planning, government programs, excise (HST) and payroll taxes, estate tax, and will planning.

Dennis has been the instructor responsible for the firm-wide training of assurance staff. In addition, he has been the team captain of file quality reviews for many public accounting offices. Dennis has provided assurance services for many agribusiness clients and has worked with various related licensing bodies. He has also presented at training courses for grain elevator clients, in collaboration with commodity brokers.

Dennis received his Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario) designation in 2012 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 2000. He graduated with his Masters in Accounting from the University of Waterloo in 1999 and his Bachelor of Mathematics, Honours with Distinction from University of Waterloo in 1998.
