Caroline is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Montréal. Caroline is a seasoned audit and assurance professional with more than a decade of experience performing and reporting on review and audit mandates under Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) (for regulatory reporting requirements by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) (Financial Markets Authority).

Caroline’s expertise spans both the private and not-for-profit sectors. She helps a wide range of clients, ranging from small to large businesses in multiple industries, including manufacturing and dealerships, with an emphasis on the real estate and construction sectors.

With a client-centred mindset in all aspects of her work, Caroline helps organizations achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, improve their internal controls, and reduce financial and operational risk.

Caroline graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in accountancy in 2006 and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Professional Accountancy in 2008. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2014.

Caroline is trilingual, in English, French, and Hindi.
