Byron is a member of MNP’s Tax Services team in Saskatoon. Byron works with clients one-on-one in a variety of sectors, with a focus on agriculture, construction and professionals. He delivers tailored solutions and practical advice to help businesses grow, prosper and achieve their goals in the most tax-efficient manner possible. His services include tax compliance and planning, succession planning and general business advisory.

Byron advises clients on all aspects of Canadian taxes, including personal and corporate tax compliance, incorporations, corporate restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures, and planning and executing for tax efficiency. He helps agricultural producers and service businesses; home builders and construction firms; medical professionals; and food services companies, such as restaurant owners.

Byron co-owns and operates a grain farm near Elstow, Saskatchewan. Prior to joining MNP, he worked at a Big Four firm and developed and marketed commercial real estate.

Byron completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in applied economics at Cornell University in 2007. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2018 and has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course. He is active in his community, including as a board member of the Holy Spirit Parish finance committee.
