Andrew Spidle, CPA, CA, is a Partner with MNP’s Public Companies team in Mississauga. Working primarily with public and pre-public small- to medium-sized businesses, Andrew draws on more than a dozen years of audit experience to help his clients meet their reporting requirements. He takes pride in delivering thoughtful, practical advice on accounting and financial reporting matters as well as on day-to-day business operations, to help his clients achieve their goals more easily.

Andrew specializes in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Reverse Takeover Transactions (RTOs), cannabis, and resource exploration and mining.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA, Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2006. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), qualifying in 2009.
