Andrea Brown, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Regional Assurance Leader for the Greater Vancouver area and is based in the Vancouver office. After more than 15 years as a Partner, Andrea has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience assisting public and private sector clients with a wide range of audit and assurance services.

Working closely with her clients, Andrea is committed to helping them manage complex business issues, develop solutions and implement measures that will benefit them in the future in the most cost-effective manner.

Andrea has worked with a wide range of private and public companies in a number of industries, including manufacturing, mining, high tech and real estate. Her services include private and public company audits, NFPO accounting practices, U.S. GAAP and Canadian GAAP accounting, due diligence, prospectuses, IFRS implementation and SOX audits, as well as providing business advice to both public companies and private enterprises.

Andrea is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) who qualified in 1994 after receiving a Bachelor of Economics from the University of British Columbia. She is actively involved in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C., including serving as a member of the public company group.
