André is a Partner with MNP’s Enterprise Risk Services team. A strategic advisor with more than two decades of megaproject development, investment, and delivery experience, André is committed to helping clients across Canada reduce their total cost of risk and protect their bottom line. He advises clients on a wide range of matters related to successful infrastructure project delivery, from inception to completion.

André believes that successful projects can be delivered with a collaborative approach and innovative solutions, working closely with project partners to ensure the most successful outcome. He provides real world perspective and understanding on how governance can be implemented on projects, so the owner can have confidence the bidder will deliver on time and on budget.

André represents stakeholders at every level, including government agencies, owners (public, private, and sovereign wealth funds), general contractors, and subcontractors, in North America, Europe, the Middle East, India, Africa, and South America.

He also serves as a turnaround specialist on highly distressed projects, addressing and managing dispute claims issues with a hands-on approach, to ensure that process goes as smoothly as possible.

Prior to joining MNP, Andre’s roles included serving as a partner, Strategy and Transactions, Infrastructure Advisory at a Big Four firm; as the chief legal officer at a leading international engineering professional services firm; and chief negotiator at a national security company.

André earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLL, Licentiate in Law) from the University of Ottawa in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in international finance from l’Université du Québec à Montréal in 1998.
